Andalusia, in the south of Spain, still shows the influence of the Arabian empire that ruled here for centuries. Granada and Cordoba are the two best places to visit for the fusion of Islamic and Christian architecture and cultures.

Spring and autumn are the best seasons to travel in Spain, as it gets very hot in July and August.
