There are sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool on the fully tiled terrace area.  Sofas and dining under the wooden pergola enhances the concept of the indoor/outdoor Mediterranean living.  A large stone built BBQ is a popular asset in the villa and ensures that the BBQ chef in your group is in their element.

The villa is spread over three floors and has all the amenities you would expect from a modern villa. The ground floor is bright and open plan with a comfortable lounge area with sofa, coffee table, with Satellite TV and free WiFi for your entertainment needs.

The kitchen is completely fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine and everything you need to be able to prepare meals and snacks.  A dining table and six chairs is situated next to the kitchen should you wish to dine in the air conditioning or patio doors lead onto your al fresco dining and comfortable seating area.

There is one twin and one double bedroom on the lower floor, one with patio area. The family bathroom on the lower floor is fully tiled and has a bath, double sinks, WC and washing machine. On the 1st floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite shower/ WC and roof terrace with sea and mountain views.

All rooms are fully air conditioned with a remote control to keep you cool on those hot summer nights.
