This beautiful three bedroom villa is perfectly located being just 20 minutes walk from the beautiful town of Pollensa and less than 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.

The house is decorated in a traditional way, although it has some touches of modernity. Under a large terrace is the main entrance, which leads directly to a small hall with access to a large living room that communicates with the outside, where the pool is located.

From the living room we have access to the rooms and the bathrooms. One of the rooms has been exclusively adapted for children. A large kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and countertop, completes the interior of the house.
