This beautiful house is positioned just a short stroll down to the beach just a few minutes away and the village is within a 5 minute stroll, reached via the lower path.

From entering the main house you will locate the stylish lounge and dining area offering French doors to the terrace with stunning views. From here you will locate the modern kitchen with all the ‘mod cons” for the chef of the family.  On this level you will also locate a double or twin bedroom which and a shower room and WC.

On the upper level you will locate the master bedroom with a balcony, a twin bedroom and a shower room with WC.

On the ground level you will locate an alfresco dining terrace with lovely views down towards the pool and the sea. The swimming pool can be reached by a few steps which is flanked by a lawn and shrubs.

From here as well you will locate a gate that leads you down to the sea for an early morning or night time dip!
