On the ground floor there is an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area seating eight and a sitting room with flat screen television along with a utility room and cloakroom. Doors lead from here out to the pool area, while a spiral staircase leads down to the lower ground floor.

The four light and airy bedrooms are situated over two floors, with two twin bedrooms on the lower ground floor and two double bedrooms with French doors opening to a balcony on the first floor. All bedrooms boast well-appointed and en suite shower rooms with either balcony or terraces.
