This superb detached villa is located on the hillside in the sought after area of ‘El Vila’ close to Puerto Pollensa and the old town of Pollensa.

There are spectacular views over the Bay of Pollensa and the surrounding countryside from the terraces and gardens. The accommodation comprises of a spacious living room with dining area and a separate breakfast kitchen along with four bedrooms and three bathrooms within the main house. The villa has also a self-contained lower floor with kitchen, sitting area, bedroom, bathroom and two single beds to accommodate twelve people in total.

All the bedrooms have air-conditioning / heating. Outside, the large covered terrace leads to a feature pool with roman steps and extensive sun terraces with bar area and brick built BBQ. Patio furniture, sun beds and a parasol are provided to relax and enjoy this superb villa. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack & Jill bathroom.
