Vast and colourful grounds, spacious and comfortable interiors and within walking distance of the illustrious Puerto Pollensa promenade, this really is a gem of a property and a fabulous addition to our already celebrated portfolio of villas in this iconic region.

Built on one level, Villa La Caseta is a perfect choice for families with young children or two couples wishing to travel together. Young families will particularly enjoy the expansive gardens, inviting swimming pool and the wonderful built in barbecue and adjacent al fresco dining facilities, a fabulous spot to sit with a cooling dink in the evening. Due to its privileged location we envisage regular evening strolls to the cosmopolitan Puerto Pollensa marina where you will find a truly eclectic selection of boutique shops, restaurants and cafés.

6th Extra Bed is only suitable for a child and due to the layout of the villa will be placed in the lounge.
