Set back from the beach in a lush green valley, the house is surrounded by fields, orchards and olive groves with tiny Razakli hamlet a few minutes drive away. Bustling Skala village is a ten minute drive away with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars to appeal to all ages or in the opposite direction is quieter Katelios offering traditional fish tavernas.

Mounda beach is a stretch of totally unspoilt sandy coastline where the Caretta-Caretta turtles are famous for laying their eggs annually. The area has been carefully preserved, which is why we were delighted to find Villa Costa located just a five minute walk from the beach itself!
