The centrepiece of the grounds is an inviting pool, set in a broad sun terrace and hemmed by a sail-shaded gazebo, stylishly furnished in stark black and white, and divided into a chill-out space with soft seating and al fresco dining area. Ideal for all-day idling, this is served by an outdoor kitchen, complete with barbecue, oven, fridge, and sink; and complemented by a pool-house shower and the villa’s indoor/outdoor sound system.

More active pursuits are catered for with a basketball net and a fenced hard court for badminton, football or mini-tennis; and, for indoor entertainment, there are two TV rooms, one on each floor, and a board games/card table adjacent to the cool, uncluttered sitting room.
