At the centre of Brac’s southern coast is its most famous white pebble beach, Zlatni Rat, or ‘Golden Cape’; from which this modern villa takes its name. Just outside the resort town of Bol, the beach is recognised as the best on the island for windsurfing; the town has shops, restaurants and a bakery; and the villa is a five minute walk from these amenities and just a few steps from the water’s edge.
Comprised of two buildings, facing each other across a central courtyard and linked by a bridge at first floor level, the villa has a private pool in the courtyard, a gym and table tennis, a sea view terrace furnished for al fresco dining, and an outdoor grill.
