Hort III Cames is a large six bedroom Majorcan country house that enjoys a superb setting in La Font area in Pollensa, around a 20 – 25 minute walk to the old town with its excellent selection of shops and restaurants, while the beaches in the resorts of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are just about a 5 minute drive.

Set in lovely mature gardens of mainly citrus and pine trees, the house enjoys lovely views of the surrounding area and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana and towards the Bay of Pollensa. The house itself is tastefully furnished and very spacious with exposed beams and tile flooring.

From the covered furnished terrace the main entrance leads to a living room with satellite TV and DVD. The dining area has seating for 12 people and the fully fitted kitchen includes modern conveniences including dishwasher. Also on the ground floor and from this lounge area a corridor leads to two twin bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Stairs lead up to the first floor to a gallery landing area with seating and a television with satellite connection too. From this level there is access to the master double bedroom, with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, and with a private terrace with direct access to the pool. Also at this level there are two further twin bedrooms, both with shower facilities (one of them en-suite) and air conditioning. A spiral staircase leads to the studio which has splendid views of the mountains and the distant bay. The studio has a fan rather than air conditioning, and it shares a shower room located on the first floor.
