A ten minute drive away is Avithos beach, a splendid stretch of sandy beach with a beach side taverna, further on the whole Svoronata coastline is scattered with beautiful coves and bays; a delight to explore.

The villa has been finished to a very high standard, with calming shades of teal, lilac, greys and beiges that blend effortlessly into a zen-like backdrop, all the better to chill out. Neatly based on one level, the living and dining area are stylish and minimalist, whilst also inviting and informal.

The kitchen is situated to one side, well -equipped and a tasteful wood façade. The bedrooms lead off from the main area with air conditioning and ensuite shower rooms.

The outside areas are the crowning glory of the villa, with a larger than average swimming pool at the front surrounded by green lawns and an outside kitchen complete with a barbeque and sink for wonderful outdoors living. There are plenty of seating areas dotted around the pool and a covered dining area. The Capital Argostoli is a fifteen minute drive boasting a great selection of restaurants, shops cafes and bars. A favourite pastime is buying groceries, meat and fish from the many colourful markets on Argostoli harbour, and enjoying a coffee watching the boats sail into the harbour.
