The house offers all amenities you could ask for during your holiday and only a 2-minute walk from the Villa is Episkopos Beach, a wonderful beach that is not crowded and offers clear blue water. The Villa is 700 meters from Nikiana Village with tavernas, shops, mini markets, and the lovely local harbor.

Villa  Lou Lou offers four  double bedrooms and four family bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.

The Villa is 145 square meters and is laid out over two floors, the ground floor and the first floor that is beautifully built in an attic style with exposed beams and stunning woodwork. The ground floor offers the living area, the fully equipped open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and direct access to the private pool area. Up the internal staircase are two more bedrooms and bathrooms.

The private outdoor area of Villa  Lou Lou will become one of your favorite places to relax during your stay at the large swimming pool, the outdoor lounge with outdoor furniture and bean bags, and sunbeds. There also is a BBQ from which you can serve straight to the outdoor dining table.

The elevated position of the villa provides for a breathtaking panoramic view over the Ionian Sea and surrounding Islands. You will love being isolated in the lush green scenery but still be very close to all amenities. Enjoy a boat trip to the nearest Islands, maybe a massage, or a culinary experience with a private chef.
