Reached via a quiet track from the main road, the entrance winds into the spacious parking area at the side of the villa. Lemon trees, shrubs and scented flowers nicely border this area and the garden areas generally are cleverly landscaped into the steep hillside on different levels.

The main entrance leads you straight into the comfortably furnished living room and dining area. From here two sets of patio doors open out onto the main veranda and pool area. The well-equipped, practical and modern kitchen is located through an archway off of the dining room and there is easy, convenient access to the veranda furnished with a dining table and chairs.

The veranda stretches the full width of the house and offers the most amazing countryside, town and panoramic sea views. The kitchen has modern conveniences including a dishwasher and washing machine.

A unique touch to this house is an attractive central staircase leading up to the first floor. This separates the kitchen from the ground floor double bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading onto a side veranda.

For convenience there is a separate WC located on the ground floor in the hallway. The first floor is home to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with corner bath and shower and a twin room with en-suite shower room.
