It is positioned just under 3 kms from Sivota village with its lovey harbour side setting flanked by a cluster of tavernas and cafes – a perfect place to enjoy a traditional lunch while watching the fishing boats bob up and down in the azure coloured waters.
The spacious, light open plan sitting room opens to a shaded terrace, furnished with ample comfortable furniture and equipped for up to fourteen guests. Two bedrooms on the first floor open to another shaded furnished terrace with glorious sea views. The owner has planted roses, apricot, fig, lemon, orange and almond trees and an herb garden with mint, basil and rosemary. A taverna and local winery with a selection of good local wines are within a short drive.
Sivota is easy to reach for supper and entertainment, with cafes, shops and attractive waterfront tavernas, providing a memorable meal of fresh fish and local specialties. Boats can be moored at Sivota and various water sports are to be found at Vassiliki or Nidri.
