Nerea Villa is nestled above Passa beach and just on the outskirts of Perigali village – an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery with the nearest supermarket and taverna just a 10 minute walk away.

The spacious and bright house offers a casual atmosphere as soon as you enter with lots of light, sunny terraces and of course a beautiful pool looking over the neighbouring islands of Skorpios, Spartia and Meganisi. The house is on one level and you enter in to the lounge and dining area, from here you have the contemporary and modern style kitchen with all the mod cons the chef of the family will need!

From you here you pass via another small lounge area, modern style double bedroom with ensuite shower leading to the sun terrace and the twin bedroom with an ensuite shower.
