This 200 year old typical Dalmatian house offers an authentic piece of history for your Croatia getaway, situated just a few miles from Dubrovnik Old Town for the ideal convenience. Overlooking the quiet bay of Mlini and surrounded by majestic mountains, the outside setting compromises private pool with loungers and a terracotta-tiled terrace ideal for catching shade in the midday sun.

The villa itself is set over three floors with the lounge situated on the first floor connecting to two bedrooms upstairs with the Master bedroom appreciating stunning views of the coastline below from its south-facing balcony. This second floor also has a shower room and sloping-roofs throughout. Downstairs on the ground floor a sweetly appointed kitchen and dining room with stone walls for a cosy environment to prepare an evening meal, whilst a third bedroom has exterior access for extra privacy.
