A stroll through the tiered garden reveals a picnic table in a sunny spot, a classic stone fountain, a pergola cloaked in bougainvillea and, privately positioned below the house, an oval swimming pool. Along with a shower and thatched shade at the poolside, there is sundowner seating with millstone tables, rustic benches and rural and sea views that stretch right down to the coast.
