This is a traditional farmhouse-style villa surrounded by colourful tropical gardens. It is in a great location halfway between the historic town of Pollenca, and the Alcudia area. It is a family home designed in traditional style with tiled floors, white walls and Mallorcan dark-wood furniture.

On the ground floor we can find the lounge and dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite tv and a DVD player. Double doors lead out onto the front covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. There is a farmhouse-kitchen with fitted cupboards and equiped with a gas top, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Also at ground floor level there is a toilet.
