This wonderful house is located on the bay of Kouloura which is set between the larger bays of Kalami and Kerasia and has long been established as a cultural area with many artists, authors (Gerald Durrell for example)and photographer spending time in this very picturesque and commercialised area. The villa is surrounded by cypress, olive and eucalyptus trees and offers wonderful, uninterrupted views of the sea and dramatic countryside flanking on all sides.
The house is very eco-friendly as it has been constructed by locally sourced stone, cypress wood ceilings and traditional flagged stone floors adding to its bright and airy feel.
The villa is set over two floors and on the ground one you will find a separate lounge area with comfy sofas, armchairs and a dining room both leading to the outside alfresco terrace with a large marble dining table so ideal for that dinner party or an informal BBQ – that is if you can pull yourself from one of the nearby tavernas in Agni or Kalami. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the “mod cons” you would need to make the chef of the family happy.
