We are delighted to introduce this unique, beautifully designed villa in the heart of charming Katelios village, within walking distance of shops and restaurants and the beach 1km away.

Set off a quiet country lane, this imposing villa has stunning interiors with a wonderful attention to detail. Originally built and furnished as the owner\’s exclusive country residence, sophisticated and elegant, it is also inviting and provides a peaceful, restful haven for those seeking a quiet, away-from-it-all holiday.

Featuring a larger than average swimming pool, the main open plan ground floor living area is spacious with high ceilings boasting ornate chandeliers and a state of the art kitchen, well equipped with a tasteful dining table and chairs. Comfy leather sofas surround the fireplace and stunning coffee table with a large flat screen TV for evening entertainment and on either side of the downstairs living room are the double bedrooms with king size beds and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath opening onto the patio.

On the first floor are two more double bedrooms with king size beds all with ensuite shower rooms with hydro massage showers and enjoying splendid views from the balconies. Stylishly furnished, the décor is a wonderful mix of traditional and contemporary, creating an atmosphere of sumptuousness and indulgence.

Outside, the large swimming pool and expansive pool terrace are the centre of attention, with olive trees to one side, whilst green fields and olive groves all around make this a real country retreat. A covered barbecue and dining area are on the other side of the swimming pool, so plenty of space for families and groups to really spread out and take advantage of the grounds of the house.

One big advantage for Pomegranate Tree villa is that although it is in the countryside, it is just a ten minute walk to the main road running down to Katelios Beach and the harbour front. There is a supermarket and several restaurants 500m away, and on the harbour front a good selection of popular seafront fish tavernas and other eateries. Katelios beach is a mix of sand and shingle with trees providing nature shade on the edge of the beach, lovely for lazy days dozing off to the sound of the sea.
