New to our portflio of villas this season we are pleased to be able to add in this excellent spacious villa with panoramic views over the entire coastline above Nissaki.

Just 900 metres up a country lane from the coastal road, Villa Theaya proudly surveys the North East coastline with Corfu Town across the bay, the mountains of the west coast and the stunning backdrop of Mount Pantokrator. Many hours will be whiled away peacefully just enjoying this view.

Private and peaceful the large fully tiled pool is placed to enjoy maximum sunshine and the full splendour of the views.

The very spacious living areas and kitchen are located on the upper ground floor (entrance level) with an open plan design and large full length glass patio doors giving maximum light and view even from inside the villa. Just above the pool a covered barbeque area with shaded dining area for 8 – a small fridge handy for keeping the meat and your drinks cool.

The Master bedroom on the upper floor with en suite open bathroom (with bathtub and separate shower) leads out onto a gorgeous sea facing balcony, and the remaining three bedrooms (one with double bed and two twins all with en suite shower rooms) are located on the lower ground floor level, all leading directly out to a shaded terrace. The steps leading back up to the pool area are gated so access can be restricted to small children.

A ping pong table is conveniently situated in the shade on this level. The restaurants and small supermarkets in Nissaki are just over 1 km away,uphill climb on the way home! The beaches of Nissaki and Kaminaki just over 2 kms, so less than a 5 minute drive.

All in all an idyllic spot for a large party with great privacy and plenty of space so that everyone can find a bit of peace and quiet if they prefer.
