Additionally on the ground level of the villa is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a luxury of a private balcony to soak up the mountain and sea views.

Via internal staircase you move down to the lower level of Villa Theia where you will find the other three bedrooms. There are two twin bedrooms both with private access to the outdoor lower level area. The twin beds can also be converted to double beds upon request. The double bedroom on the lower level consists of an en-suite bathroom, also giving you direct access to the lower level outdoor area. In the hallway of the lower ground level is a family bathroom shared by the twin bedrooms.
