Enjoying very good privacy in its gated gardens, the villa is actually just 1.5km from shops and restaurants in the centre of Cisternino, reached on foot along the country lanes. An excellent restaurant Osteria Sant’ Anna and a minor train station with connections to Lecce are closer. A 10km drive leads to a choice of sandy beaches and beach clubs, and Martina Franca, Ostuni and Alberobello are all within 20km.
