Adjacent is the kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. Also on the ground floor is a twin-bedded room with an ensuite bedroom. From the lounge area, the staircase leads to the library/music room, here you will find bookshelves, piano, and comfortable seating.
There is a double bedroom on this floor with an ensuite bedroom and dressing area. Steps from the library lead to a mezzanine floor with twin beds and an ensuite shower room.
