The house lies midway between the old town of Pollensa with its good selection of restaurants and the long sandy beaches of the family resort of Puerto Pollensa.

There is a furnished front terrace shaded by vines which looks onto the garden and pool with lawned area. The pool measures 8 by 4 metres with roman steps.

The garden is boarded by cypress hedges and offers nice views to the Puig de Maria monastery next to Pollensa.
