You cannot get any closer to the water’s edge than Villa Aktea – this spacious villa offers so many wonderful attributes from the stunning sea views, large outside terrace area, easy access to Kassiopi with its variety of amenities – so an ideal holiday villa for families with teenagers as the village is just a short 10 minute or so away.

The house is quite spacious and is laid out over three floors; on the ground floor you will find the very spacious lounge area and open plan dining area which opens to the al fresco eating area; the kitchen is at the far end of the house and has all the amenities to make the chef of the family happy! The twin bedroom has a small lounge area, shower room ensuite and a terrace which opens to the sun terrace. The utility room and cloak room are also on this level.
