Villa Aubellons is located in a rural area between the towns of Pollensa and Alcudia, and offers beautiful views towards the areas of Albufera, Pollensa Bay, Formentor and the Pollensa Mountains.

The house has a perfect grass area for children to play. Next to this area there is a covered terrace, where you can enjoy pleasant meals during the summer nights. The roof terrace also has an open terrace on the roof. It is fully furnished, and offers magnificent views.

Inside, the kitchen (which gives access to another covered terrace) is equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. Next we find the dining room, equipped with a table with a capacity for 8 people, two sofas, TV with satellite channels, CD and DVD.

The 4 rooms of the house and the two bathrooms are located on both sides of the dining room. On one side we find a bright double room and a bathroom. On the other side there are two double bedrooms and a second bathroom. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. At the back of the house we find a bathroom with its own entrance, the laundry area and another small lawn area.

The towns of Pollensa and Alcudia and the beaches are a short drive away, making it an ideal family home.
