This lovely cottage is situated outside the old town of Pollensa in a very pretty area known as the Colonya Valley, just a 10 minutes drive to the historic town of Pollensa. It is a relaxing villa with lovely mountain views and a nice garden.

Inside, the design is traditional with some modern touches, terracotta tiles, wooden floors and also wooden beamed ceiling. The large front covered terrace leads into the lounge dining and open kitchen, this totally equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and a fridge freezer. The lounge has two sofas and it is equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. On this level, there is also a brand new shower room.
