A high wall protects the entry to this stylish house, with a rather grand archway leading through to its lovely courtyard and cloistered terrace, and huge cascades of bright bougainvillea cloaking the single storey building. In the grounds, olive trees and herb beds add scent and shade to sunny lawns surrounding the swimming pool, and outdoor living is easy with a leafy dining pergola overlooking the pool, a barbecue and pizza oven, a big pergola by the olive grove with seating for sundowners and relaxation, and a colonnaded pathway to a bocce court among the trees. Close to the private tennis court, a modern annexe has been built in traditional trullo style, encircled by a terrace with its own gazebo seating, and offering perfect privacy for two with an elegant double bedroom.
